With Bangladesh hosting the ninth Women’s T20 World Cup from September-October this year, the tournament may be a dream for many teams who will compete in UAE between April 24-May 6 for two remaining spots in Global Qualifier 2024.
The hosts, Bangladesh along with the top six teams (top 3 from each group) from the last edition, Australia, England, India, South Africa, New Zealand and West Indies directly qualified for the tournament. At the same time, Pakistan took the eighth spot in the direct qualification by virtue of being the next best-ranked team.
